Herge Organic Farms is dedicated to sustainable, profitable and unique agricultural products.  Our mission is to produce and grow quality, specialty greens and fruits to supply to small and large scale consumers.  Our goals include high quality products to sell both wholesale and retail.  Production methods include new technology utilizing sustainable intensive agriculture and best management practices. The initial size of the farm is 5 acres which intends to expand drastically provided growth in market demand and availability of resources. It is planned to have one round style greenhouses for production.
