As an enthusiastic Language profession, with a passion in teaching, this is an opportunity to join our Training Department. This internship will help you acquire teaching skills and provide you with knowledge of various methods of teaching language skills to Journalists and Communication related professions. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in understanding TVET curriculum and be prepared to enter any fast-paced Institute environment.

Roles and responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for the following duties:

• Facilitator: Guide students to take ownership of their learning and practice independently.
• Diagnostician: Identify each learner's strengths, weaknesses, and specific language gaps.
• Cultural Guide: Introduce customs, social norms, and practical contexts tied to the target language.
• Motivator: Build an encouraging space that reduces anxiety and keeps learners engaged.
• Lesson Planning: Create custom materials and structured sessions tailored to student goals.
• Skill Instruction: Teach core components including vocabulary, grammar, reading, listening, and writing.
• Progress Tracking: Administer practice, review assignments, and adjust lesson pace.
